Your data is never sold

We do not and will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your business data processed through our platform remains yours.

International data transfers

We aim to keep all data within the European Economic Area, hosted on EU infrastructure to ensure GDPR compliance.

Where a processor is based outside the EEA (currently only Google Analytics, in the United States), the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Retention periods

  • Account data: Retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years.
  • Analytics data: Retained for 14 months.
  • Usage logs: Retained for 12 months.
  • Legal obligations: Financial data retained for 7 years per Dutch law.
