Introduction
This Pricing Policy explains our pricing structure, billing practices, and usage policies for Uuple services.
All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Enterprise customers are subject to their own specific pricing agreements and are not covered by this general policy.
Pricing structure
We offer simple, fixed pricing based on the number of AI seats and services required:
Free Plan
€0 forever
Access to core safety services for 1 user and 1 connection.
Pro Plan
€12 per AI seat / month
Unlimited AI usage for core safety services. Best for professional teams.
Max Plan
€29 per AI seat / month
Access to the full Uuple ecosystem with all platform services.
AI Seats and Usage
Our model is built on transparency and unlimited potential for every seat:
What is an AI seat?
An AI seat is any individual user or automated tool (like a bot or agent) that interacts with AI.
Unlimited Usage (Paid Plans)
For Pro and Max plans, each seat comes with unlimited interactions and throughput. We do not charge for the volume of your AI usage, only for the number of seats configured.
Free Tier Usage
The Free tier includes generous usage limits designed for individual exploration and small projects. These limits are managed automatically to ensure fair access for all users.
Technical Rate Limits
While we offer unlimited usage per seat, we may implement technical rate limits to ensure platform stability and prevent abuse. Current limits are documented in your account dashboard.
Fair Use & Integrity
You may not bypass our seat-based model by routing requests from multiple individuals or distinct tools through a single configured endpoint. Each active source of requests requires its own seat.
Taxes
All prices exclude VAT. VAT will be added based on your location and customer status.
EU VAT and Reverse Charge
For business customers outside the Netherlands but within the EU, we apply the VAT reverse charge mechanism, provided a valid VAT identification number is supplied. Dutch business customers will be charged 21% VAT. EU customers without a valid VAT number will be charged VAT at the Dutch rate.
Billing
Our billing practices are designed to be transparent and predictable:
Billing cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance based on the number of active AI seats.
Payment methods
We accept major credit cards for Pro and Max plans. Payment is due upon invoice issuance.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will send a reminder and retry the charge. If payment is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to suspend access to the Services until outstanding invoices are paid.
Invoices
Invoices are available in your account dashboard and sent via email.
Billing entity
All billing and invoicing is handled by Inphent, registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 88169227, VAT identification number NL004549882B73.
Price changes
We may update our pricing from time to time:
Notice period
- •We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase
- •Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- •Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
Seat modifications
You can modify your seat count at any time:
Adding seats
Adding new seats takes effect immediately. Prorated charges will be applied for the remainder of the cycle.
Removing seats
Removing seats takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Refunds and cancellations
Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
Refund policy
We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused seats within a cycle. You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime through your account settings. No cancellation fees apply.
Post-cancellation access
You retain full access for all seats until the end of your current billing period.
Free trial
We may offer free trials from time to time:
Eligibility
Free trials are available for new customers only, unless otherwise stated.
Trial reminder
We will send you an email reminder 3 days before your trial ends, so you have time to decide whether to continue with a paid subscription.
Conversion to paid
At the end of your trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
